So Today I thought I’d do a blogpost on how to stay more organised and conveniently LESS stressed. The reason behind I thought why it may be useful to write about this on the blog is primarily because, recently I have found myself having a lot on my plate and very little time. And I’ve noticed it’s way too easy to let everything you have going on, teton top of you until you’re so stressed that you can no longer handle it. However, it’s also very easy and simple to find little ways of managing it to make your life as easy, productive, efficient and stress free as humanly possible!
- T I M E M A N A G E M E N T – So the number one thing is time management. Set yourself a schedule a week or even two weeks in advance. Time your appointments, lectures, work shifts and all that’s generally important. Then figure in all the things that are personally important to you such as, working out, blogging, date night with bae or personal alone time.
- P E R S O N A L T I M E – Don’t be so overwhelmed with everything else that you forget to give yourself personal time to relax. Remember to watch your favourite movie or go shopping, treat yourself or go out with some friends from time to time!
- H A V I N G S O M E T H I N G T O L O O K F O R W A R D T O – Make sure you always have something to look forward to so that life isn’t always work and no play. Book that holiday, and look forward to some travelling and relaxation!
- S E L F D I S C I P L I N E – Make sure that when you’re setting schedules and trying to get things done that you definitely do stick with it! Missing things on purpose or sleeping in all day can stress you out worse, then originally sticking to your plan.
